Ms. Spencer has taken an old tale and given it a modern twist. This is a collection of short stories put together to tell an overarching tale.
Some of the romance moves at lightning speed, almost to the point of being unbelievable. There's a lot of family dynamics in play. Still a fun and enjoyable read.
Heads up: there's also quite a bit of sex talk and off page sex between side characters.
